For Overseas Guests – Reservation Guide

海外からお越しの方へ – ご予約に関するご案内

Our clinic operates by appointment only.
当院は完全予約制です。

If you are visiting from overseas, please make a reservation through one of the following methods:
海外からお越しの方は、以下のいずれかの方法でご予約をお願いいたします：

・By contacting us through LINE
 LINEを通じてご連絡いただく

・By asking your hotel’s front desk to call us on your behalf
 ご宿泊先のフロントスタッフに代わりにお電話いただく

Upon arrival, please use the intercom before entering the elevator.
ご来院の際は、エレベーターに乗る前にインターホンでご連絡ください。

After the call is connected, you may proceed to the 5th floor by selecting the appropriate button in the elevator.
インターホンでの通話後、エレベーターで5階へお上がりください。

Consultation fee: ¥5,000  Treatment fee: ¥7,000
初診料： 5,000円  治療費： 7,000円

Please note that the consultation will be conducted using a translation app, as our staff do not speak English.
スタッフは英語を話せませんので、翻訳アプリを使用して対応させていただきます。
